Who rides what?

I ride a couple of different bikes: a white Specialized Allez with full fenders; a specialized M2 Stumpjumper HT (Frame made in Portland); and Bridgestone MB-1 singlespeed mountain bike.

I mostly ride the Allez around town. I am a longtime mountain biker and really enjoy going off-road whenever possible.

but since getting a Scott Speedster in summer of '05 have put more miles on the damn bicycle - usually longer training rides, some centuries, etc. As bikes go, it's not much more glamorous than a honda civic, but it fit me, fit my budget, and fit my needs.

Ya wanna guess? Yep, typically commute from N PDX to Washington Park on a virtually stock GF Paragon, works great for the ride home thru Forest Park. When I am feeling lazy I ride a GF Montare with street tires and skip the park.

I can be seen mostly riding a huge yellow GF Excalibur. It has been converted to a single speed rigid 69'er w/ a really loud f brake.

I also ride a '06 Bianchi Volpe w/ some new black Nuevation wheels!

I usually ride around inner SE (buckman and sunnyside) and to PGE park area.

Another GF MTB here. I built up a GF Wahoo for commuting. Added fenders, a rack, lights, bar ends, and street tires. On snow days I get out my KHS full suspension with mud tires.
