I am very curious to see if there is any response from UPRR concerning this matter.

I rode this path yesterday, and while the crossing is blocked by barricades, we were able to ride across the tracks. It's not finished, they need to fill in the spaces by the rails, but the cement pad is in place now.

Default finished!

First, thanks to all of you responding and providing valuable support and information along the way. I cycled across the fixed path today and give it a thumbs up. I think I annoyed Union Pacific sufficiently on Twitter the noise got some response. As well, I tweeted Sam Adams about it and he said he'd do some calling. It's fixed, that matters most. You know, we cyclists don't really ask for much and are pretty low maintenance compared to keeping up roads. I'll take along my camera and post a photo soon.
